Ingredients
1
lb
hot or mild sausage
1
onion
12
eggs
ΒΌ
cup
half & half or milk
1
package shredded hash browns
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease 9x12 baking dish
Brown sausage and onion in skillet (drain if desired)
Drain hashbrowns and pat dry
Place hashbrowns in bottom of baking dish
Add sausage and onion
Mix eggs and half & half until completely incorporated
Add egg mixture to baking dish
Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes or until cooked through
You can also add shredded cheese of choice for the last few minutes of baking just until melted
